MISSION STATEMENT
1. To assist with the creation and implementation of the global annual learning and development strategy as directed by the General Manager and the Global Learning and Development Manager.
2. In line with company strategy, design and deliver both on-job and off-job training for all employees within the region to ensure that performance levels are maximized.
3. Work in-conjunction with all relevant functions to ensure that business objectives are met.
4. Ensure all members of the retail team have a high level of product and brand knowledge, as well as selling skill to enable them to professionally and confidently sell our products and act as an Ambassador for the Brand
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with the General Manager and Store Directors to create a local training plan that supports the global strategy and ensures that the highest levels of client service are delivered within each store.
2. Design and deliver both on-job and off-job training experiences to ensure that all employees understand the brand Difference and have extensive selling and product knowledge skills.
3. Co-ordinate and deliver the brand induction programme for all new employees ensuring that from day 1 they understand the company culture, brand DNA, service standards and product details.
4. Work with the Global Learning and Development Manager to design and deliver all global training programmes and processes as relevant.
5. Design and deliver ad-hoc training modules for the retail team as required by either the General Manager and / or the Global Learning and Development Manager.
6. Develop on the job Coaching for Retail Teams and Store Directors to ensure that all training delivered is embedded into the daily practice within stores.
7. Work with the Store Directors, Head Office and Retail Teams to further understand the needs of the business and develop ad-hoc training sessions to meet specific needs of the market or individual stores.
8. With the Global Learning and Development Manager and Global Learning and Development Team, co-create the annual, company-wide, learning and development strategy.
9. Work with the Global Learning and Development Manager to develop and implement employee communication tools – including any e-learning, regular newsletters and any other training tools which will enhance the level of brand engagement and create a sense of cohesion across the region and business as a whole.
10. Be responsible for sourcing of local venues and coordinating the production of training materials as needed.
11. In line with the company strategy and brand DNA, produce local course invites and training material to maximize the employees learning experience.
12. Work with the local product marketing teams to ensure that all retail teams are fully-trained on all products.
13. Ensure that all training and development activities are rooted in the brand DNA and company values.
14. Keep an accurate record of all training activities for each employee throughout the region.
15. Ensure that all health and safety and legal training within each of the markets is delivered as relevant.
16. With the General Manager and Store Directors, identify training needs within each store and with the guidance of the Global Learning and Development Manager design relevant processes and training activities to enhance performance levels across the region.
17. Track Mystery Shopper results within the region, identify local themes and design and implement on-job and off-job training as necessary to strengthen performance.
18. Accountable for continuously reviewing all training material to ensure that it is relevant and up to date and in line with the overall global learning and development strategy and brand message.
19. Responsible for coordinating all training records to ensure that local legislation is complied with.
20. Encourage the sharing of best practice within the region by working with the store directors to identify and coordinate opportunities for retail team and managers to have cross-store experiences.
21. Optimize costs by managing the local training budget.
22. Attend and participate in global learning and development conferences as required.
23. Maintain strong levels of knowledge of competitor training and retail / consumer trends.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Bachelor Degree and above

GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric / sample development, costing package, and preliminary screening & negotiation on pricing for potential programs. Responsible for monitoring and progressing the order follow up to achieve the targets of on-time deliveries performances, on-time sampling, claim ratio, lead time and turnover.
MAIN TASKS
1. Monitor and progress each critical stage throughout the order tracking process and to make sure each step is properly implement by communicating with buyers and suppliers independently.
2. Coordinate sample development and production to meet CM/buyer requirements & obtain / make necessary approvals.
3. Prepare and coordinate costing package. Monitor and ensure competitive quotations are obtained from appropriate factories for potential programs and being sent to France properly and follow up buyers on order confirmation.

5. Create order / TAC into Allegro and update all TAC data in the system.
6. Prepare buyers trips, and ensure the preparation during and before buyers meeting and prepare the schedule of the buying trip with the vendors according to the buyer needs.
7. Keep good working relationship with buyers/quality team in France.
8. Report to the SMR the daily issues and escalate any outstanding ones. Implement the corrective action plan to improve the DD performance and the quality claim ratio.
9. Assist in sourcing new material and new supplier. If it is approved, hold induction workshop with the new supplier.
10. Actively visit suppliers on a regular basis to keep abreast of their competences and activities.

JOB PURPOSE
